On Monday 26th of February a group of twelve students and two teachers, all part of the Marymount Model United Nations program went on an excursion to the Brisbane Parliament house to look at the display and structure of the building. This exciting excursion was for a competition for Minecraft which was to build an exact replica of the parliament house.
We were able to get a hold of one of the students from the excursion here is their response to our question on how it was: "It was truly fantastic looking at the structure and listening to the history of this place, coming here will be a day I won't forget."
